EUROPALIA is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join its team during its upcoming festival, EUROPALIA TRAINS & TRACKS. Do you like art exhibitions, dance performances, music, cinema and literature? Are you fond of trains stations or travelling by train? Do you enjoy teamwork? Then maybe you could be our new volunteer.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Welcome and assist artists, help with day-to-day logistics
Welcome and assist festival visitors
Hand out flyers and other forms of communication
Manage tickets, reservations and admissions
WHEN?
From 1 October 2021 to 15 May 2022
Depending on your availability: weekdays, evenings or weekends, in accordance with the festival programme.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS THAT ARE
Dynamic, proactive and responsible
Punctual and reliable
Stress resistant, always diplomatic and welcoming
Ideally fluent in French, Dutch and English
Driver’s license is a plus
WE OFFER
A volunteer's allowance (€ 34,71 / day)
Tickets for certain EUROPALIA TRAINS & TRACKS exhibitions and shows, in accordance with availability
The opportunity to experience an arts festival, to meet artists and take a look behind the scenes
